UNIVERZAL SYNCUT is a high performance semi-synthetic emulsifiable metalworking fluid that forms a translucent emulsion over a wide range of water hardness. It has excellent corrosion protection, a high degree of lubricity and cooling properties.

UNIVERZAL SYNCUT is also low foaming and has excellent bio resistance suitable for a wide range of multi-metal operation alloys such as CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grinding, and sawing this include ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

When mixed with water, UNIVERSAL SYNCUT gives a semi-translucent amber solution.

UNIVERZAL SYNCUT concentrate should be added gradually into the full volume of water – not the reverse, and gentle agitation maintained until all the oil concentrate has been added and a uniform micro emulsion is obtained.
