SPARK EROSION FLUID (EDM OIL)

UNIVERZAL Spark Erosion Fluid is highly refined, narrow-cut, odorless, low viscosity fluid specially designed for use in electrical-discharge machining, also called spark-erosion machining (EDM). It has an excellent oxidation resistance under the typical conditions of constant air exposure and high temperatures encountered during EDM work, it reducing sludge formation by minimize the rate of fluid degradation and increasing oil life.

UNIVERZAL Spark Erosion Fluid is recommended for all electro-discharge machining and spark erosion operations, including roughing, fine-finishing and super finishing. It is also recommended for EDM operations where the spark discharge is fully immersed at all times.

Colorless and odourless, for easy viewing of work piece and ensure pleasant working environment
High flash point minimizes the possibility of fire during use
Excellent oxidation resistance by reducing sludge formation and increase oil life
Low Viscosity ensures excellent cooling, fast flushing separation of swarf & rapid carbon settling
