WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

UNIVERZAL Water Soluble Cutting Oil is a water emulsifiable metalworking fluid that forms a very stable emulsion when mixed with water at a wide range of dilutions. When the emulsion is formed, it provides film lubrication performance, corrosion prevention and superior cooling properties which greatly extend the service life of the tool and improve the surfaces of workpieces. It contains an advanced emulsifier that has tolerance against hard water up to 1000 ppm and resists foaming which makes it ideal for high-speed metalworking operations.

UNIVERZAL Water Soluble Cutting Oil also contain special biocides to prevent rancidity caused by bacteria, which can lead to unpleasant odours, split emulsions, foam and reduced product performance.

UNIVERZAL Water Soluble Cutting Oil is recommended for light to moderate duty machining operations on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Suitable for machining, sawing, drilling, milling, grinding and turning.
